Project Export

Add the Project address details, If you know the commencement date of the project, select the date using the calendar below.

Add the details of the client you are preparing this project for. This might be general information regarding the client. For example, an info@ email address. More detailed contact information can be added in the Contacts section.

Add the details of the key contacts for the project below. These may be Architects, Applicators, Interior Designers or any other from the ‘Contact Type’ dropdown list. To add another contact, click the ‘Add Contact’ button below and a new set of fields will be added.

Use this area to outline the Project Description. This could be information about the type of work that is being undertaken, project history or statement of intent.

Add any notes relating to the overall project below. Add external links to relevant websites, reference documents, videos or images using the fields below. Click the ‘Add’ button to add another link

The Schedule is the most important part of the Project. The Schedule is grouped by Areas, an Area can have multiple Items, which use the same Specification, to add an item use the “Add” button in the area module. To add an Area use the ‘Add Area’ button at the bottom of the module. A schedule must be added for each item. You can add any relevant Notes in the Schedule Notes section.

Add Maintenance Notes to your project. An example of a Maintenance Manual is accessible via the link below. Once your project is completed, you can request your own Maintenance Manual from your Dulux representative.

Add in specific Adhesive or Sealant information, create an Adhesive / Sealant Schedule by adding notes and attaching product Datasheets below. Click the ‘Search’ button to activate the Product Search window.

Add in specific ‘Clean up and Disposal’ information, you can add notes and attach datasheets for the products required. Use the Datasheet dropdown list to select the product(s).

To allow others to edit or read your Project document, enter their email address and indicate the type of permission you wish to grant them in the drop down menu. They must be a registered DuSpec+ user to be able to access the document. They will then be sent a link to the project.
If you require help with your project specification you can share your project directly with your Dulux Representative or alternatively email <a href="mailto:specificationservices@dulux.com.au" title="specificationservices@dulux.com.au">specificationservices@dulux.com.au</a>.
To share the project select ‘Save’ and an email will be sent to the nominated email account.

Add images to bring your project to life and to document any areas that might need specific attention. There are four image module options to choose between, including batch upload to add multiple images at a time. Each image can be individually annotated.
Example:  pictures of defects on the project or how a finish should appear, etc.
